Universities like Kentucky, UNC, and even UCLA are undoubtedly well-known. However, Georgetown has only just come to notice because Jordan Brand has incorporated the school’s identifying colors into both the Air Jordan 1 ’85 and the Air Jordan 6. Even while it’s not quite a formal homage to that university, the recently unveiled New Balance 1906R may be mistaken for a Hoya.
Similar to the Jordans discussed above, the 1906R is primarily covered in two tones. The lateral “N” logo, the branding along the tongue, and the detailing just below the heel are just a few of the shoe’s accents that are dressed in navy. Grey, whose shade alternates between light and dark throughout the suede and mesh construction, completes the color scheme.
See the images below for a closer look at this gray-and-blue New Balance 1906R. Wait for them to arrive at NewBalance.com and a few other retailers.
On the other hand, another Supreme Dunk is in the works.
