Zion Williamson’s second distinctive silhouette, which made its formal debut this past June, has been exposed to the complete spectrum of colors. It creates both team ready and boisterous possibilities for his nightly dominance on the hardwood. As evidenced by his “Voodoo” and “Naruto” collections, Jordan Brand has proven to be more than willing to experiment with their iconic star in NOLA. Williamson is now offered the first Pelicans-specific colorway to wear throughout the 2022 to 2023 season.
A darker tint, but one that isn’t quite the team’s signature muted gold, bears the mesh construction of the vamp and mudguard. They are centered around a light cream base that’s color fills the perforated panels and strap of the forefoot. The Jordan Zion 2 also indulges in an opposing look. It switches the organization’s traditional navy and maroon color scheme. Mostly for the tonal placement of its heel counter, collar, tongue, insoles, and tips of the forefoot strap. Chenille materials decorate the tongue tab insignias. While the heel counter features a fuzzy Jumpman and Zion’s initials written in cursive. The model is then supported by a gum tread that is covered in cladding to complete the design.
