JJJJound is a master of collaboration, having recently partnered with Reebok, ASICS, PUMA, and New Balance. However, the Montreal-based firm is falling back into something familiar and putting up the 990v3 in a straightforward brown colorway for what is probably their final project of 2022.
This upcoming JJJJound x New Balance 990v3 has been teased on social media by Justin Saunders and the crew. Moreover, It is similar to their collaborative Danner Feather Light, which just recently went back on the market. The sneaker’s mesh and suedes are dyed a rich shade of brown to match the aforementioned boot. Moreover, it has darker trims and matching “N” emblems are put over top of the toe box and profile, respectively. Then, a set of cream laces is placed in between, partially hiding a pair of silver metallic tongues.
Images of a JJJJound x New Balance 991 were released back in October, and rumors suggested that the duo will release in December. The brand’s caption indicates that the 990v3 will launch for FW22, thus it’s possible—though as of this writing, unconfirmed—that the aforementioned silhouette will go along with it.
On the other hand, the Air Jordan 1 Lost And Found releases next week.
