Another Nike Air Force 1 Low “Plaid” Emerges With Gum Soles

The holiday season is the time to wear plaids. At least, it is what The Swoosh has hinted at with its plethora of offers covered in the Tartan fabric. Bruce Kilgore’s classic 1982 design is making a comeback to the disparate texture after enjoying a clean white Air Force 1 earlier this month. Connecting on practically every model in their portfolio, including the Dunk High, Blazer Low, and Air Jordan 1, the design is now available.

The model replaces the light cream color of its original white composition with smooth cracked leather. However, with the exception of the heel section, which is covered in a green, black, and red plaid fabric. Jet black Swooshes, leather heel overlay, and nylon tongue tabs all serve as additional accents to the shoe’s brighter forefoot. The leather heel overlay is embroidered with the recognizable Off-White color. The midsole is color-matched to the leather sections on the outsole. While. the laces have the red “AIR” logo, and the tread of the shoe ends in a classic gum bottom.
